i just checked paypal and it still says it's pending...
payment pending
so no i never got it unfortunately and i'm not sure if i ever will at this point tbh ;;
i would do as Jixngshi suggested and cancel the payment and resend if you're still interested in the base

I am still interested in the base, but I currently don't have the money to buy it right now since before my mom gave me the money to buy it, but it's forever pending ; ; I'll have to come back and get it when I'm able to, sorry for any inconveniences!

Hey! I'm not boyhime but I want to say that Paypal will block payments sent if they contain the word 'base' for some reason! If it's still pending I would suggest cancelling and resending it without the word base in the note;;
